**Job Summary**:
As Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health and operational efficiency of the company. You will lead all financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance functions, with a deep understanding of cost structures and financial dynamics specific to dairy and FMCG manufacturing. You will play a key role in supporting the leadership team with data-driven insights and strategic financial guidance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes with detailed analysis of raw material costs, production overheads, and distribution expenses.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, and product margins to ensure cost efficiency across the dairy and ice cream product lines.
- Lead cost accounting, including analysis of per-unit cost of production, factory overheads, and plant performance metrics.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings, GST compliance, and coordination with tax consultants.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to protect company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies for audits, funding, and statutory compliance.
- Support CAPEX planning and financial evaluations of new product lines, plants, or cold chain infrastructure investments.
- Supervise a team of accountants and finance staff; provide guidance, training, and performance evaluation.

**Compensation**:
Competitive salary with performance-linked incentives, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
