**Role Overview**

Join us as a **UI/UX Designer** and craft intuitive user experiences for modern web and mobile platforms. We're looking for a designer who understands user journeys, mobile-first design, and SaaS workflows. Work with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Suite in a collaborative, product-driven team based in Delhi.

We're looking for a creative UI/UX Designer who not only excels in visual design and user flows but also **communicates clearly**, **presents confidently**, and **collaborates effectively** with internal teams and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using **Figma and Adobe XD.**:

- Conduct **user research, competitor analysis**, and usability testing to validate ideas, plan and implement new designs.
- Collaborate closely with **product managers, developers, and stakeholders** to deliver seamless designs.
- Present your ideas, justify design decisions, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Create responsive designs with consistency across **multiple devices and screen sizes.**:

- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Bring life to digital products through motion, micro-interactions, and creative visual strategies.
- Collaborate on **product design strategy**, ensuring a balance between business goals, brand voice, and user needs.
- Contribute to shaping the **brand’s identity** through consistent use of visual elements, tone, and style across all digital touch points.
- Own the full design process—from ideation to handoff and QA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless design integration.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A design-focused specialization or certification in UI/UX is a plus.
- **2-3 years** of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer in an **IT company or digital agency**.
- **Strong portfolio** showcasing responsive web design, product UX, and mobile UI.
- Experience in tools like **Figma**, **Adobe XD, Photoshop**, and **Illustrator**.
- Hands-on experience with **user research**, A/B testing, and iterative design practices.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile app design.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS basics) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for creating exceptional user interfaces.
- Hands on experience web apps, workflow management or analytics apps.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
