**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant - Holiday Packages at FlyTreat in New Delhi. The role involves managing travel arrangements, assisting with travel consulting, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure seamless travel experiences.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Identify and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and individual travelers.
- Present travel packages, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct cold calls, networking, and client meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide clients with tailored travel solutions and ensure their requirements are met.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote the company’s services.
- Support digital marketing efforts by managing social media platforms, running ads, and creating engaging content.
- Help organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Use insights from research to refine marketing strategies and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales support.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain positive relationships.
- Track and report on sales performance, marketing campaign outcomes, and customer engagement metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales targets and marketing initiatives.
