**Job description**

You're the person who knocks, opens doors, and breaks down barriers for future IPM / Management aspirants.

This is an educational counsellor cum BDA role. You will be heavily customer-facing and that requires you to be charismatic and persuasive. Sales maximization should be a byproduct of your willingness to help your juniors.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Connect with the students and parents over a telephonic/zoom call who register for a free counselling session on our website (inbound leads).
- Counsel the students regarding various career options and pitch an appropriate AceIPM’s offering to them accordingly.
- Follow up with all the assigned leads and update the respective CRM entry.
- Close student enrollments and achieve targets.

**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree (commerce/management major preferred).
- Freshers welcome, prior edtech experience is a plus.
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students.
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- Fluency in English as well as Hindi.
- Computer literate, proficient with MS Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
