**Job Title**: Middle School Mathematics Teacher (Grades 6-8)
**Location**: Sanskriti School, Bhukum, Pune

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate mathematics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for grades 6 to 8.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments in accordance with curriculum objectives.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and technology tools to address diverse student needs and learning styles.
- Regularly assess student progress through tests, assignments, projects, and class participation.
- Provide timely feedback to students and parents through reports and meetings.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support as needed.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment that fosters student confidence and participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and school activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, parent-teacher meetings, and school events.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school, preferably at the middle school level.
- Familiarity with experiential learning, activity-based teaching, and technology integration in classrooms.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Classroom management and student engagement capabilities.
- Digital literacy and proficiency in using tools like Google Classroom, MS Teams, Smart Boards, etc.
- Passion for continuous learning and student development.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Creative and innovative teaching approach.
- Ability to mentor and guide students in mathematics competitions and olympiads.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.

**Salary**: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
