**What is the Work?**
- Manage paid social platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram).
- Manage day-to-day campaign metrics and optimizations across key platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all their needs and requirements.
- Understand clients' business objectives and develop strategic account plans to meet their goals. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and present innovative solutions to enhance their digital presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technology, to ensure seamless execution of customer’s projects (campaigns) and the delivery of high-quality services.
- Proactively identify upselling opportunities within key accounts and work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth. Ensure timely renewals of contracts and agreements.
- Monitor and track key account metrics, including customer satisfaction. Provide regular reports and updates to management, highlighting any risks or opportunities.
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, representing clients' interests and ensuring their voice is heard. Provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of products and services.
**What skills and experience we are looking for?**
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 4 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the IT services or digital marketing industry. Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- **Relationship Building**: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to understand clients' business goals and develop strategic account plans to meet their objectives. Proactive approach to identifying upselling opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with digital marketing, and web technologies. Understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and related areas.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify client issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- **Result-Oriented**: Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
