**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Search, Display and Video Ads
**- **Ability to plan, develop, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns
**- **An ability to manage large campaign budgets for brands generating up to $2 mil in yearly revenue
**- **Data-driven with a consumer-first focus. You have a track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth
**- **Deep understanding of marketing research and consumer psychology
**- **Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively on a team
**- **An ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on priority
**- **You have a strong attention to detail, You are meticulous, thorough, and enjoy being precise
**- **A desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of collaboration
**- **We are looking for someone who wants to push themselves and has a deep passion for Data-Driven Marketing. **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **MBA in Marketing / Analytics.
**- **Proven problem-solving skills.
**- **Passionate about helping customers achieve their performance and sustainability goals.
- Google ads certification is a must, Facebook Blueprint Certification, a huge plus.
