Equipment handling-Reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters.ANFD
- Batch Processing as per BMR. BMR / BPR filing during process area.
- Maintaining Compliance as per GMP requirements.
- Exposure in handling shift Operations.
- Initiation, completion and filling of batch production records.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the manufacturing equipment as mentioned in the batch production record.
- Supervise the charging operations following the written procedure.
- Enter the details of equipment usage maintenance and cleaning in the equipment usage log.
- Maintain of the status board to know the current position of a batch or material from time to time.
- Operation and Cleaning of Equipment's used in the process area.
- On line monitoring of the environment conditions in process area.
- Trouble shooting of the equipment's during process.
- Maintaining the daily logs of the process area.
- Production planning and daily work distribution.
- Documentation updating, daily reports, cleaning, calibration, records, log books.Should handle
- Should handle process of validation batches.
- Review of batch manufacturing record and other related documents for its completion of intermediate and final stage.

**Qualification**: Post Graduate in Science with M. Sc (Chemistry), Graduate in Science with B.Sc (Applied Chemistry)
