**Role: Purchase Coordinator**
**Work Location**:Hyderabad.

**Eligibility**:MBA with relevant experience

**Mode**:Full Time, Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6:30 PM)

**Minimum Service Agreement**:24 months

**Pay Package**:3 LPA - 4LPA

**Required Skills: Negotiation Skills**: Strong ability to negotiate favorable terms while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
**Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in verifying quotations, purchase bills, and documentation.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams effectively.
**Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple vendor follow-ups simultaneously.
**Problem-Solving**: Proactive in identifying issues and finding resolutions quickly.
**Market Knowledge**: Familiarity with market trends, vendor pricing, & best procurement practices.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Vendor Communication & Coordination**:

- Maintain regular communication with vendors to request, review, and finalize quotations.
- Follow up on pending quotations and purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

2. **Negotiation**:

- Analyse quotations and negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and terms.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand budget constraints and quality requirements.

3. **Purchase Documentation**:

- Verify and cross-check purchase bills against approved quotations and delivery receipts.
- Ensure all purchase documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.

4. **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct regular market research to identify competitive pricing, new vendors, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain a database of vendor quotations and terms for easy reference.

5. **Process Improvement**:

- Identify gaps in the vendor follow-up and quotation management process and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with procurement team to implement better tracking and reporting tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
