**Job Summary**:
XcelTec Interactive Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and motivated **Graphic Designer (Fresher)** to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about design and wants to build a career in a fast-growing company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create designs for banners, logos, social media posts, and marketing materials
- Work with the team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain design consistency
- Make revisions based on feedback
- Ensure high-quality output of all designs

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW**:

- Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
- Good creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

**Eligibility**:

- A portfolio of academic or personal design work is a plus
