IBM WAS, IBM HTTPSExpectations from the Role:

- Installation, Upgrade and configuring WAS, IHS infra-setup from scratch.- 2.-

- Supporting BAU environments ensuring the apps are up and running fine 24/7- 4.
- Monitoring ServiceNow incidents and leading them to resolution- 5.
- Follow Change management process, assisting in problem management and providing RCA inputs- 6.-
