**Acting as MR and leading the Quality Department for day to day quality issues.**:

- **Responsible for overall Product, Process, Supplier & Customer Quality.**:

- **Designing and Building integrated management system comprising of QMS etc. Consultation with the management**:

- **Planning & Conducting Internal Audits at all departments as per requirement of the System.**:

- **Conducting Supplier Audits, Process Audit, Product Audit & 5S Audit as per Audit Plan**:

- **Taking stringent quality measures quality as per ISO requirements including preparation / maintenance of necessary documents & conducting audits to ensure compliance**:

- **Maintaining incoming to outgoing quality of product through quality management systems' & monitoring effective implementation in product quality to ensure continual improvement.**:

- **Initiating CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) against both customer and internal complaints raised**:

- **Responsible for resolving Customer Complaints, coordinating with the team for submitting CAPA.**:

- **Preparing Monthly, quarterly and annual reports on COPQ**:

- **Controlling non-conforming products, raising & resolving non-conformance reports and ensuring implementation of corrective/preventive actions**:

- **Oversee On-time Delivery (OTD) of good quality final products through the value stream and sustaining Zero Defect quality culture**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
