This position involves working independently on Architectural & Interior Design projects for our clients in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality Healthcare, Retail & Institutional sectors involving the following aspects
- Reporting to the Sr. Architect
- Ability to understand various Architectural and Interior Design elements, construction methods and its various detailing requirements.
- To work with the team and deliver the Architectural and Interior Design Documentation projects within time, budget and quality that is required.
- Ability to prepare and / or comprehend concept design intent and further develop the design elements in line with client requirements.
- Ability to learn and work using standards and building codes local to regions across the world.
- Ability to prepare detailed design development (DD) sets as well as construction documentation (CD) sets including extraction of Bills Of Quantities (BOQs)
- Ability to learn and work on BIM (Building Information Modelling) tools such as Revit.
- Ability to communicate client objectives to team members in clear compelling way.

This job also involves the following aspects
- Ability to independently communicate with clients, stakeholders, leaders and peers in written and spoken English.
- Ability to display Leadership skills and mentor Junior Architects and CAD Technicians with respect.
- Ability to get trained on and work on newer Architectural Design Software.
- Ability to undertake offshore visit to clients' offices, if required, for detailed training and one-to-one sessions.
- Display of positive attitude and flexibility, collaborative nature and empathy.
- Willingness to accept and implement constructive feedback.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Architect's registration with COA or equivalent agency would be preferred.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the Architecture and Design industry.
- Experience of working on international building codes such as those in the US / UK / Australia will be strongly preferred.
- Experience of having worked on AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Photoshop
- Experience of using MS Office
- Proven experience of having successfully managed client communication independently.
- Experience / knowledge in environment friendly or sustainable design would be preferred.
