**Job Title**: Packaging Designer
**Location**: Chennai
**CTC**: Up to 12 LPA
**Experience**: 3-5 Years
**Work Schedule**: WFO, Mon to Fri

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design packaging solutions that align with brand identity and consumer preferences.
- Develop dielines, creating print-ready files, and collaborate with vendors for high-quality production.
- Research materials, finishes, and sustainable alternatives to enhance packaging innovation.
- Work closely with branding, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, labeling requirements, and sustainability guidelines.
- Stay updated on emerging packaging trends, materials, and technologies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong creative and technical skills in packaging design & Corel Draw.
- Proficiency in dieline creation, print-ready file preparation, and vendor coordination.
- Deep understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and market trends.
- Knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and sustainable packaging solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills with branding, marketing, and product teams.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and evolving packaging technologies.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
