**About Us**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in assessing their eligibility for Canada/ Australia visas based on their individual circumstances.
- Liaise with immigration authorities, educational institutions, employers, and other stakeholders on behalf of clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, rules, and procedures for Canada and Australia.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in immigration laws to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes, share best practices, and achieve departmental goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor, specifically handling Canada and Australia visas.
- Familiarity with various visa categories, including study, work, permanent residency, and citizenship.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, displaying excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service to clients.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Punjabi or other languages will be an advantage.
