Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Monitor and manage labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure all work is performed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Maintain site records including progress reports, incident logs, and daily reports.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts on-site in a timely and effective manner.
- Report progress, issues, and delays to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools.
- Provide leadership and direction to on-site personnel.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction or relevant industry practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency with project management software and MS Office (optional based on industry).

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in health and safety are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
