**About the Role**

We are looking for **fresh graduates (2024-25 pass outs)** who are passionate about building a career in **Software Testing**.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Education**: BE / B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics & Telecommunication (_2024-25 pass outs preferred_)
- Strong understanding of **SDLC & STLC**:

- Basic knowledge of **Manual Testing concepts** (test cases, test plans, defect life cycle)
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills**:

- Eagerness to **learn and grow** in a fast-paced IT environment
- Good **communication and teamwork** skills

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute **manual test cases** to ensure software quality
- Identify, document, and report **bugs** clearly
- Collaborate with the **development team** to resolve issues
- Validate bug fixes and perform **regression testing**:

- Maintain **detailed documentation** of test results
- Continuously **learn and adapt** to project needs
