Required Skill Set:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Practical experience with SAFe or similar scaling frameworks (e.g., LeSS, Spotify model).
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Experience working in cross-functional, distributed teams.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
Preferred:
SAFe Certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist).
Experience in large-scale enterprise Agile transformations.
