Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans
- Lead individual and group training sessions tailored to client needs
- Monitor and track client progress, making adjustments as necessary
- Provide nutritional guidance and healthy lifestyle advice
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during workouts
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
- Stay up-to-date with fitness trends and continuing education
**Qualifications**:
- Certified personal trainer certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- Proven experience as a fitness trainer or instructor
- Knowledge of various exercise techniques and wellness strategies
- Strong understanding of nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Ability to customize fitness programs for various fitness levels
- CPR and First Aid certification
