**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with remote access tools and helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, basic server administration, and backup systems.
- Experience in a similar IT support/helpdesk role.S

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide desktop and network support for internal users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Maintain servers, LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Manage antivirus tools and security updates.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware/software requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
