**ResearchWire is looking for US Patent prosecution and specification drafting professionals with mini 2+ years of experience. Flexible work environment with best in industry compensation.**

Job Location: Navi Mumbai (MPB) / Noida (Sector-62).

**Key Requirements**:

- Draft Patent Applications for inventions in the field of Computer Science, electronics, artificial intelligence, and tele-communication technologies.
- Deliver prosecution projects including independently responding to USPTO office actions.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Bachelors or master’s in engineering/technology from a reputed institute.
- Excellent domain knowledge in computer Science, electronics, artificial intelligence, and tele communication technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in patent drafting and/or prosecution for US/EP jurisdiction.
- Excellent comprehension skills, reading and understanding of technical literature, patent publication. Robust understanding of latest and upcoming technologies.
- Excellent articulation skills to explain/ discuss with inventors/attorneys/colleagues.
- Excellent (persuasive) writing skills to draft convincing arguments. Understanding of latest case rulings would be an added advantage.
