**Job Title: Research Associate - Analytical Department**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Analytical Method Development**: Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods to support pharmaceutical R&D projects. Ensure methods are robust, reproducible, and aligned with project requirements.
- **Validation**: Execute and oversee the validation of analytical methods in compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Prepare, review, and maintain validation documentation and reports.
- **Stability Analysis**: Conduct and analyze stability studies to assess the shelf-life and stability of pharmaceutical products. Generate stability data reports and contribute to stability-related decision-making.
- **R&D Support**: Provide analytical support for various R&D projects, including method development, troubleshooting, and experimental design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Interpret analytical data, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to internal stakeholders. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytical activities.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay current with advancements in analytical techniques and contribute to the ongoing improvement of analytical methodologies and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical analytical research and development, including method development, validation, and stability analysis.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, and chromatography.
- Solid experience in developing and validating analytical methods specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., ICH, FDA) and industry standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Abilities**:

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using analytical software and laboratory instruments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines for stability studies and pharmaceutical product analysis.
