Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform,Managing and executing promotional campaigns, Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps,Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments, Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment, Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance, Managing and supervising the E Commerce division effectively, Offering suggestions for website development and designing, Collaborating with web designers as well as graphic designers for all marketing assets, Conducting thorough research about new developments in the E Commerce sector, Coordinating and keeping the senior management abreast of all operations, Preparing and assigning work schedules to the web merchandising team, Ensuring completion of tasks and company targets, Developing marketing strategies and reviewing sales performance on a timely basis, Approaching and collaborating with Content Creators to generate online traffic, Undertaking quality assurance checks, Reviewing any legal E Commerce marketing procedures, Creating performance reports on a monthly basis
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
