**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Site Coordination**:
- Coordinate with all site Closing Managers regarding client dealings, closures, and progress reports.
- Ensure efficient team management and provide support to site teams when required.
- **Vendor Management**:
- Monitor vendors associated with the site and ensure timely release of payments.
- Address and resolve vendor-related issues to maintain smooth operations.
- **Telecaller Oversight**:
- Keep track of telecallers, monitor their attendance, and evaluate their performance.
- **Event and Inventory Management**:
- Stay updated on site-specific events, promotional activities, and project inventory.
- Communicate relevant updates to the team and management promptly.
- **Sales Strategies**:
- Work towards achieving sales targets and develop strategic plans to boost sales.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance client engagement and conversions.
- **Communication and Reporting**:
- Serve as a bridge between site operations and higher management, ensuring clear communication of updates, challenges, and progress.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports and performance summaries.
- **General Sales Support**:
- Assist in daily sales operations and ensure adherence to company sales policies.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities.
