**Position**: Primary Math Teacher

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging math lessons that align with the curriculum.
- Use innovative teaching strategies and hands-on activities to enhance student learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide individualized support to students who need additional help.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student development.
- Integrate technology and digital tools into the teaching-learning process.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide feedback to parents.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in grades 3 to 5 is an advantage.
- Strong command of mathematical concepts and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt lessons to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Passionate about teaching young learners and fostering a love for mathematics.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with interactive and experiential learning techniques.
- Familiarity with modern educational technology and tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers and parents.
