**Position Overview**:
As a Category Associate for Wedding Venues at Meragi, you will play a pivotal role in curating and maintaining our world-class wedding venues catalog. Your primary responsibility will be to collate essential data to ensure the catalog accurately represents a diverse range of venues, catering to the varied preferences and requirements of our customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to enhancing the customer experience by enabling seamless venue selection and booking processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collation and Management**: Gather comprehensive data on wedding venues, including but not limited to location, capacity, amenities, pricing, and availability, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- **Catalog Curation**: Curate and organize the wedding venues catalog, categorizing venues based on various parameters such as location, capacity, theme, and amenities to streamline customer search and selection processes.
- **Quality Assurance**: Regularly review and update venue listings to maintain data accuracy and relevance, ensuring that the catalog reflects the latest offerings and changes in the wedding venues landscape.
- **Vendor Relationship Management**: Collaborate with venue partners to gather updated information, negotiate favorable terms, and resolve any issues or discrepancies, fostering strong and sustainable partnerships.
- **Market Research**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for catalog expansion and enhancement, ensuring Meragi remains at the forefront of innovation in the wedding industry.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align catalog development efforts with overall business objectives, contributing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in data management, catalog curation, or vendor management, preferably in the wedding or hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for the wedding industry and a customer-centric mindset, driven by a desire to deliver exceptional experiences.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
