**CPL Instructor - Ground Classes**

Speed Jet Aviation is looking for passionate Commercial Pilot License Holders who have the passion to teach the young aspiring pilots and help them build their career as a Commercial Pilot License.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering excellent sessions
- Maintaining attendance and growth chart of the students
- Preparing course ppt or content to support your training session
- Coming up with Innovative Ideas and suggestions wrt training and development of the students
- Conducting Activities and Interactive sessions
- Delivering Seminars and Webinars
- Conducting timely tests and exams
- Help students identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop a plan to improve their skills and achieve their career goals.
- Provide support to students throughout their training programs, including academic support, career advice, and personal counselling.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide reports to management as needed. - Guide students with all the required DGCA processes.

**Requirements**:

- CPL holder who is either medically grounded or looking for job opportunities as a trainer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have detailed knowledge about the recent development and requirements in Aviation Industry
- Can teach - Navigation, Meteorology, Regulation, RTR and Technical

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 per month
