**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Explain various loan products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Handle queries related to interest rates, loan tenure, documentation, eligibility, etc.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a detailed record of interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure all telecalling activities are compliant with banking regulations and internal policies.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-6 months of telesales or customer service experience in financial services/banking is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
