**Job description:

- **
- Daily Operation & Monitoring
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of ETP, STP, and RO systems.
- Monitor inlet/outlet parameters and ensure treated water quality meets compliance standards.
- Routine Maintenance & Upkeep
- Perform routine checks, cleaning, backwashing, and preventive maintenance of pumps, membranes, blowers, aerators, dosing systems, etc.
- Recordkeeping & Compliance
- Maintain daily log sheets of flow rates, pH, TDS, DO, sludge levels, chemical consumption, and system health.
- Support compliance reporting for pollution control board audits.
- Troubleshooting & Minor Repairs
- Quickly identify and resolve issues such as pressure drops, leaks, or chemical dosing problems.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for major repair work.
- Chemical Handling & Inventory
- Ensure safe storage and usage of chemicals like PAC, alum, chlorine, antiscalants, and pH adjusters.
- Monitor and manage stock levels.

**Skill requirement:

- **
- Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of water/wastewater treatment processes - biological, mechanical, and chemical.
- Familiarity with pumps, valves, aeration systems, blowers, and dosing systems.
- Compliance Awareness
- Understanding of CPCB/SPCB norms related to treated water discharge, sludge handling, and recordkeeping.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to maintain accurate records.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
