**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Proficient in preparing (BMC) Municipal Drawings.

2. Calculate various area statements Construction, Built-up, DCR and RERA Carpet, etc.

3. Prepare architectural working drawings, sale plans, interior layouts, legal annexures and other drafting works.

4. Understanding of the DC Regulations, Local Building codes and DCPR 2034.

5. Understanding of Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior layouts for coordination.

6. Printing, Scanning as required.

7. Documentation Forming folders on Server for saving various drawings Uploading documents on Govt Portals.

Software AutoCAD, Auto DCR, Microsoft Office, / 3D software optional (willing to be trained).

**(A)** **Soft** **skills**:
1. Excellent drafting and mechanical skills.

3. Good communication: both written and spoken English is required.

4. Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.

5. Good time management and organizational skills, should be able to multitask

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban - 400071, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
