Assist with the project planning, and execution of workflow with multiple business and technology stakeholders ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. - Involved with new process improvements and implementation. - Responsible for project completion on a daily basis and ensuring/understating on time every time error free execution. - Work closely with design, operations, tech & various other teams to ensure seamless integration of initiative across all channels. - Maintains best practices for execution and trains producers team to execute efficiently. - Involved in issue resolution; and partners with additional support teams when issue resolution requires system deep-dive. - Knowledge in dashboard/Jira & responsible for maintaing a flawless execution. - Ensure CMS libraries, toolkits and components are active, functional and optimized. - Involved in participating in releases (overnight) to support assigned product - Works closely with other Site Operations teams, UX, Creative and Digital Commerce to ensure all projects are executed accurately and on-time. - Executes business tools set enhancement recommendations and suggests operational process improvement solutions.
