**Job Title**: Social Media Manager cum Content Creator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage innovative social media strategies for both clients and in-house marketing.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and user-generated content tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor trends, stay updated with algorithm changes, and incorporate them into strategies for better performance and reach.
- Manage and execute both organic and paid marketing campaigns to meet business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with clients, creative teams, and in-house departments to understand content needs and deliver creative solutions.
- Develop ad copy, visuals, and A/B testing strategies for running effective campaigns on various platforms.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and creativity, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and delivers a professional appeal.
- Stay updated on social media innovations, tools, and competitors to drive better outcomes.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of at least 5 years in social media management and content creation.
- Expertise in running ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of organic marketing techniques and audience engagement strategies.
- Proficient in analyzing metrics, identifying key trends, and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a focus on creating compelling content.
- Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail to produce visually appealing content.
- Professional background with an understanding of client handling and marketing operations.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of photo and video editing tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
