Job Description: Purvaja, a leading fashion brand, is seeking a talented and passionate Fashion Designer to join our creative team. As a Fashion Designer at Purvaja, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of our innovative and trend-setting designs. We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for fashion, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a deep understanding of current market trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and analyze current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demands.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts, themes, and collections that align with the brand's vision and target audience.
- Create detailed sketches and technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software and traditional hand-drawing techniques.
- Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials for each design.
- Oversee the entire design process from concept development to final production, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Work closely with production teams, patternmakers, and sample makers to ensure accurate and timely execution of designs.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to garments for proper fit and comfort.
- Stay updated on emerging fashion trends, attending fashion shows, trade fairs, and industry events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools.
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction techniques, têxtiles, and fabrics.
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends, styles, and consumer preferences.
- Excellent sketching and illustration abilities, both by hand and digitally.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to design and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication skills to effectively articulate and present design ideas.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing design needs and trends.
