**Job Summary**:
The Hydraulic Power Pack Assembly Technician is responsible for the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hydraulic power units (HPUs). This role requires hands-on experience with mechanical and hydraulic components, ensuring the final product meets design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble hydraulic power packs and associated systems according to technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Install components such as pumps, valves, motors, filters, manifolds, and piping.
- Conduct pressure and flow testing of completed units to verify performance.
- Identify and resolve mechanical and hydraulic issues during assembly and testing phases.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure documentation is complete.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams for design improvements and process enhancements.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Support field service activities when required, including installation and commissioning at customer sites.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or relevant trade.
- 2+ years of experience in hydraulic system assembly preferred.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic circuits, components, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Experience with pressure testing and troubleshooting hydraulic systems.
- Basic knowledge of electrical control systems is an advantage.
- Good physical fitness and manual dexterity.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

**Work Environment**:

- Workshop / Factory setting.
- May involve occasional travel for site installations.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
