We are seeking an experienced Trademark Advocate to join our dynamic team at Akcent Associates. As a Trademark Advocate, you will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to trademark law.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting trademark searches and providing clearance opinions.
- Managing trademark portfolios and advising clients on trademark registration strategies.
- Handling trademark oppositions, cancellations, and infringement disputes.
- Negotiating and drafting trademark licensing agreements.
- Conducting due diligence reviews related to trademark transactions and acquisitions.
- Providing guidance and training to junior associates and support staff.
- Keeping abreast of developments in trademark law and industry trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
