Food and Beverage Server

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Assist guests in selecting food and beverages, and answer any questions about the menu
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience and address any concerns they may have
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, including setting tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to guests

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kodungallur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
