Please note:
1. You will work from our client office in Pune. Our client is a US pharmaceutical consulting firm with multi-billion dollars in revenue.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Create short-term and long-term brand volume forecasts to support strategic and operational planning.
- Lead strategic long-term brand and franchise forecasting, offering insights based on franchise trends.
- Tackle regional and brand-level challenges with data-driven solutions.
- Run sensitivity analyses to uncover opportunities, manage risks, and improve forecast accuracy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, MMD, HHI, RCL) to address global, country, and regional forecasting needs.
- Use advanced analytics and forecasting techniques to develop and maintain accurate forecasts.
- Suggest assumptions and approaches for building effective forecasting models.
- Draft concept notes and presentations to clearly share insights and recommendations.
- Conduct detailed business analyses, covering requirement gathering, data management, and change management.
- Leverage Python skills to automate and refine forecasting workflows.
- Partner with global teams (marketing, finance, RCLs, HHI, MMD, market access) to gather input and deliver insights.
- Analyze past data and market trends to enhance forecasting models.
- Build and update detailed reports and dashboards to support forecasting activities.
- Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Continuously improve forecasting techniques and processes.
- Keep up with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in forecasting and analytics.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree from a top college in Business Administration, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other Quantitative field.
- Extensive experience in business analysis and forecasting within the pharmaceutical industry (2-8 years; we have junior as well as senior requirements)
- Expertise in tools and techniques like SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and data processing.
- Basic Python coding skills

Key Competencies:

- Experience in pharma with knowledge of specific therapeutic areas
- Solid business analysis skills, including experience in gathering requirements, managing data, handling changes, and delivering presentations.
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining accurate forecasts.
- Strong skills in communication, facilitation, and working with stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and proactively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
