To provide front office duties in ensuring a efficient & appropriately controlled environment as per Account
Policies, Processes & Procedures
RESPONSIBILITIES
Visitor Management
To ensure all visitors are spoken politely & decently. To ensure all visitors are issued visitor badges. To ensure all visitors are guided if they need any emergency requirement. To assist visitor in directing them to host.
Infrastructure Management
To ensure the front office is well maintained at all times. To ensure the news papers are available at all times. To ensure the flower arrangements are in place at all times. To ensure all outdated magazines/newspapers are removed.
Management Responsibilities
To ensure the visitors badge reconciliation report is done everyday. To ensure there is coordination with Helpdesk if needed. To ensure the participation during emergency evacuation. To ensure proper support during crisis management & business continuity. To contribute towards monthly management report. To coordinate with events management team during events. To ensure that all such duties & responsibilities as agreed with facility manager.
