- Responsibilities_
- _Project management which will include developing project plans, processes, and timeline_
- _Design, manage and run customized reports for category managers, directors, and executives_
- _Assist in developing commercial evaluation criteria_
- _Supplier Segmentation support_
- _Identify & implement standardization within process_
- _Develop and own critical Master Data Management inputs. These include, but are not limited to BU Tier mapping (DRM), Sourcing Taxonomy, and Region/Country/City/Site mappings_
- _Maintain rhythms with key stakeholders/customers as a means of checking in on data quality issues and pending action items_
- _Conduct Executive Presentations for project updates as well as extended training of spend analytics tools, often to an audience of 100+ participants_
- _Partner with Data Science team to ensure implementation of MDM standards across platforms (Spend, Savings, Cash, Contracts, Preferred Supplier, and others that will be implemented)_
- _Executive Dashboard - Summary level Data Visualizations on Tableau_
- _Data Extraction Tool - Finance Data Store_
- _Manage Project of developing new tools/visualization aimed at proactive analytics/forecasting models_
- _Develop and drive framework, case studies, benchmarking for S2P processes, collaterals to become a leading provider of S2P service for clients._
- _Work with Subject Matter Specialist in the designing of effective end to end Source to Pay framework to improve metrics and cost effectiveness of S2P processes_
- _Actively engage with CEO, CFO, Global controller to understand customer problem statement, perform diagnostics and commercialize the product offering._
- _Lead and Build proposals, transformation projects, solutions, and other projects_
- _Analyze and solve business problems at their root. Perform analysis on weekly and monthly spend data, process inflow, requisition, and purchase order related queries to identify root causes and work towards reducing the defect rate._
- _Build and manage key stakeholder relationships and adapt existing data and digital solutions/technologies e.g., RCA/ RPA Methodology development. Follow established methods on projects & drive operational controls for all projects and teams._
- _Proactively take action and identify Continuous Improvement opportunities._
- _Solid knowledge of Request to Pay process including knowledge on Process Order Processing and Buying Channel Creation and Maintenance_
- _- Strong analysis skills, comfortable with Excel, Tableau, Fusion Insights (Fusion Insights can be trained)_
- _- Process knowledge (e.g., capable of updating standard operating procedures)_
- _- Comfortable working with high level instruction and can drive forward own tasks / work / projects / delegated responsibilities_
- _- Strong relationship skills and can work with countries, Global Category Managers (GCM’s), Network resource and suppliers to drive require outcomes_
- _Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including a strong working knowledge of Excel_
- _Develop client category strategy, baseline, and market intelligence documents, category management approach per the 5-step sourcing process_
- _Managed category team dealing with tactical Buy Requests, develop and recommending specifications, run RFP for supply base, gather / analyze responses / conduct negotiations_
- _Spot Buy Requests, solicit supplier bids, negotiation of final bids and, submit for approval_
- _In Depth knowledge of E-Sourcing managing e-RF events, create templates, conduct supplier trainings, run events & share analysis._
- _Proactively address gaps in process standards, training, and documentation, identify and recommend improvement ideas for efficiency & simplification of integration processes._
