**We are searching for a dedicated and experienced High School Math teacher to join our team.**
- The teacher needs to be passionate about Math and have a sound understanding of the mathematical concepts.
- To be keen on inculcating mathematical abilities in children.
- To be sensitive to students' psychosocial needs.
- Preparing learning material such as notes, assignments, and quizzes and project work for children.
- Creating assessments, documenting and reporting on students' progress grading them, checking children’s work,giving regular feedback
- Meetings with parents to update them about lessons, the methods used and updating about the progress of the child.
- Willingness to be trained in Waldorf pedagogy along with other trainings for creative methods of teaching.
- Attending meetings, training sessions, workshops, conferences, and other continuing education initiatives at Swadhaa.

**Math Teacher Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in education with a specialization in mathematics, or equivalent.(M. Sc. or B.Sc. in Mathematics or Engineering)

Proven experience as a Math Teacher.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organized, flexible disposition.

Outstanding interpersonal skills
