**II. (Painting, Insulation & Refractory Specialist)**

Painting/Coating/Insulation & Refractory Engineer is a position that shal
- **l **set project specific quality requirements pertaining to Painting, coating, insulation, and refractory works. Drive to implement at project sites in coordination with Site Manager.**III. DIMENSIONS**:

- Responsible to Establish the Method statements, Job procedures in accordance with the company specifications / procedures and international standards.
- Performing painting and coating procedure qualifications.
- Able to set up construction quality milestones & KPIs monitor and exercise control for all types of contracts

**IV. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Must have in-depth knowledge and practical experience of Painting activities like paint mixing, weather monitoring, procedure qualification, blaster and painter qualification.
- Must lead the painting effort in local and global projects, provide technical inputs and should be able to solve the problems.

Work closely with project management resources in contractor activities
- This position is accountable for the following end results:

- 1) On time delivery with the required quality requirements.
- 2) Implementation of the lessons learnt.
- 3) Control on Non conformances**V. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or Equivalent from reputed University.
- Must be a Valid certified painting and coating inspector from BGAS Grade II or NACE Level II
- Must have minimum of 10 years of experience in painting, insulation, and refractory activities.
- Knowledge of ASTM, ISO, BS, EN and other applicable codes & standards
- Excellent English language proficiency is required (oral and written) and language of country origin

**VI. Experience**
- At least 10-15 years of working experience in Painting, insulation, and refractory function with multinational company, preferably within the Industrial equipment, Oil and Gas Industries.
- Must have sound technical knowledge and problem-solving techniques.
- Shall be willing to travel within India and abroad as per the business requirements of the company.
- Shall be expressive, proactive and shall have good English oral and written communication skills.
