The Jaipur Studio is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team and play a key role in our growth journey. The Visual Communication Designer/Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s creative direction. This role involves creating compelling visuals across digital and Social platforms, ensuring a consistent brand identity.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**

We are seeking a creative and passionate Visual Communication/Graphic designer who can make an impact by creating designs that help solve business problems with a diverse portfolio spanning User Experience and research, Branding, Visual Design, Creative Direction, Video Editing, and Motion Graphics.

You should be a creative storyteller, whether it's giving a brand a new voice, crafting a visual narrative, or bringing ideas to life through multimedia.

**Digital Design**
- Design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing visuals for the Shopify website, ensuring an optimal user experience.
- Work on video editing and motion graphics for reels, ads, and other promotional materials.
- Create interactive elements like GIFs, animations, and motion graphics for promotional purposes.

**Category & Landing Page Content**:

- Create compelling visuals for category and landing pages that showcases the latest trends and collections.
- Develop engaging calls to action(CTA), encouraging customers to browse and purchase.
- Optimise category and landing page content for SEO.

**Brand Identity & Visual Storytelling**
- Design and maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints, including social media, website, packaging, and in-store materials.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and events that reflect the brand’s ethos.
- Create brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design and communication.
- Brainstorm and execute creative concepts for seasonal collections, campaigns, and special projects.
- Create mood boards and visual guides for marketing and product teams to follow.

**Product & Campaign Shoots**
- Collaborate with the Creative Head to conceptualize and execute photoshoots for collections and campaigns.
- Oversee image editing, retouching, and optimization for various platforms.
- Assist with photo and video shoots by conceptualizing visuals and overseeing post-production editing.

**Innovation & Trend Awareness**
- Stay updated with design and fashion trends to keep the brand’s visuals fresh and relevant.
- Experiment with new design techniques and creative tools to innovate.
- .Stay up-to-date with fashion industry trends, emerging styles, and competitor activities to inform content strategy and creation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, particularly in the fashion and e-commerce industries.
- Research and analyze competitor visual communication strategies to identify opportunities for innovation.

**Brand Voice**
- Maintain consistency in brand tone and style across all content formats, ensuring alignment with our fashion-forward image.
- Strategic thinking and ability to conceptualize effective brand strategies.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience in photography and videography.
- Knowledge of website design principles and user experience (UX).
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
