We’re looking for a proactive and confident **Telecaller** to join our growing team and play a key role in student engagement and lead generation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce study abroad opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Provide accurate information about available courses, universities, and admission procedures.
- Schedule counseling appointments for interested students with senior counselors.
- Maintain and update student databases and call records.
- Support the marketing and counseling teams in achieving enrollment targets.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- **Fluency in English** is required (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an advantage).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to engage in meaningful conversations.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or the education industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
