- Valpoi, North Goa

Kish Hospitality Consultant is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Kitchen Helper to join our client Restaurant and pub in Valpoi, North Goa.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the chef and other kitchen staff in preparing and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the chef and other kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare various ingredients for cooking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including cleaning work surfaces, equipment, and utensils
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items and ingredients
- Restock and replenish supplies as needed
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in a safe and environmentally-friendly manner
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Support the kitchen team in any other tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Kitchen Helper or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
