**URGENTLY REQUIREMENT OF SPEECH and DRAMA TEACHER**

Location-BANNERGHATTA, BANGALORE[ PREFFERED]

SALARY- 20,000 TO 25000/- Monthly

Graduates from any discipline with excellent communication skills in English can apply. Background in Speech and Drama is not necessary. Upon selection,training will be provided for the same.

**TIME COMMITMENT**
- Traveling time to the schools/centers is not included in the working hours
- Apart from the regular hours, any trainings, workshops, team building activities and events organized by the company have to be attended mandatorily.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Being responsible for the classes allotted completely. This includes maintenance of attendance records, student lists, preparing student assessment sheets and all details of the lesson plans.
- Maintaining good professional relationship with the school/centre staff on all levels.
- Research, theatre-study, watching plays, attending skill development workshops etc. is part of the job and each teacher must be proactively getting involved in enhancing their skills as a Speech and Drama teacher.
- Making reports as instructed by the mentors. As also daily tasks of the lesson planning and execution with the guidance of the mentors.
- Each member of the training department is expected to strive to achieve goals set for their classes.
- Planning and execution of the orientations/ demos/ presentations/ production at schools/centers as and when scheduled. This includes prop-making, costume design, set design, light and sound design.
- Following up with concerned officials/parents on routine due payments as per advise of marketing team
- To be actively involved in all the marketing/sales initiative of the company.

**ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES**:

- Gathering media from each class and uploading on Google drive. (Pictures and short videos)
- Posting live location on reaching the school/center for class and signing the attendance register. It is mandatory for a teacher to reach 15 minutes before the class-time.
- Working with the team for completion of tasks as and when guided by the senior team.
- Avoid gossip, and never initiate or permit unconfirmed rumours to circulate that would impact effectiveness and professionalism of the teaching team and others in the company.
- Prepare essential teaching aids for classroom effectiveness.
- Taking utmost care of the curriculum, tambour, speakers, scripts, story books and any material provided by the company. The teacher will be charged for the cost in case of any damage.
- The teacher would have to coordinate with the school coordinator regarding the total number of students, the school time table of each class to know when they can take the drama classes.
- Planning the next day's lesson is the most important part of their job.
