**Position Title**: GK & Legal Aptitude Faculty - CLAT
**Location**: Career Launcher, Indore (MG Road & Vijay Nagar Centers)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time (As per discussion)

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Teaching**:

- Deliver high-quality lectures on Current Affairs, Static GK, and Legal Reasoning (Legal Principles & Application-based questions).
- Make use of engaging teaching methods including discussions, quizzes, and real-life examples.
- **Content Creation**:

- Curate and update GK and Legal content (handouts, PPTs, practice sheets, tests).
- Analyze CLAT and other law entrance exams to update materials and strategies accordingly.
- **Student Mentoring**:

- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and one-on-one mentoring as needed.
- Motivate and guide students to perform well in their exams.
- **Test Prep & Analysis**:

- Design and evaluate practice tests, mock exams, and performance analytics.
- Help students interpret test results and suggest areas for improvement.
- **Session Management**:

- Maintain student discipline, attendance, and timely delivery of sessions.
- Coordinate with the center team for scheduling, feedback collection, and improvements.

**Eligibility & Skills Required**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Political Science, Journalism, or General Studies. LLB/LLM preferred for Legal.
- Strong command over Current Affairs, Static GK, and Legal Aptitude topics.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
