We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

**Sales Support**:

- Coordinate with sales representatives to schedule appointments, prepare presentations, and gather necessary sales materials.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate customer data and interaction details.
- Generate reports on sales activity and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with sales pipeline management and ensure timely follow-up with potential customers.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare and maintain sales contracts, proposals, and other sales documentation.
- Manage sales data and reports to support sales team efforts.
- Assist with administrative tasks for the sales department as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree with Minimum of 1 or 2 years experience in a sales or customer service role (preferred)
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
