**Location**: Indore/ Gurugram

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Conduct research to identify target audience and focuses on user engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, developers and other team members to develop digital content such as social media posts, infographics, videos & other marketing materials.
- Manage websites to identify opportunities to improve performance, user experience and lead generation.
- Ability to create Content for case studies, blogs, e-books, decks, flyers, newsletters and other marketing stuff.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools and platforms to identify new opportunities for digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Manage and coordinate events, webinars and other digital marketing initiative.

**Key Skills**:

- Dynamic, self-motivated and a fast learner with good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Possesses skills like Website Management, Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, etc.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- SEO: 1 year (preferred)
- Content creation: 1 year (preferred)
