We are looking for dynamic and passionate Cosmetologist Educator who can represent our brand and connect with people through knowledge, training, and personal engagement. As a Cosmetologist Educator (Training & Seminars Role), you will act as the face of the brand in your assigned state. This is not a typical sales role—it is a training and engagement position, where your main responsibility is to educate, inspire, and empower distributors, sales teams, and customers about skincare and beauty products. You will travel across your state to conduct interactive training workshops, skincare demonstrations, beauty seminars, and product awareness sessions. By doing so, you will play a crucial role in building product trust, brand loyalty, and market presence.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on stage, speaking confidently, and influencing people with knowledge and charm while staying updated on the latest beauty and wellness trends.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging product training sessions and beauty seminars across the assigned state.
- Perform skincare analysis and demonstrate correct product usage techniques.
- Create and deliver training materials, presentations, and manuals.
- Train distributors, sales teams, and customers on skincare and cosmetic benefits.
- Stay updated with beauty & skincare market trends to deliver relevant insights.
- Monitor post-training engagement and provide refresher sessions when required.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns with field-level training.

**Requirements:

- **
- Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Dermatology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in skincare/cosmetic training roles.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and the respective local language ( Bengali).
- Ability to conduct seminars, workshops, and training sessions independently.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
