**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging content such as blogs, social media posts, infographics, videos, and more to promote our brand.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive traffic to our platforms.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and social media engagement metrics; use data to optimize strategies.
- **Customer Engagement**: Interact with followers, respond to queries, and build an online community.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, product development team, and other departments to create cohesive marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
